Ibielectric & Ibiclimafred

(Original) In 2020 my airconditioning, installed by them, completely broke down after only 1 year. The refused to offer good service and replace it. They claimed it would take 5 months until after summer to fix it and they weren’t even offering me any sort of intermediate solution. They don’t even have a person who speaks any other language but Spanish, while dealing with very international customers in Ibiza. In 2021 they refuse to help me out with problems which I have with my electrical installation. Again no word of English and again they refuse to offer me the service I would expect after again things brake down in afbrand new house after only 2 years. I have never ever experienced such a horrible service!!!
